Do you offer discount pricing if paying annually?
As of right now we unfortunately do not, however for enterprise pricing we do offer discounts.
Will new features be added to the platform? And do I have to pay for them?
Once you've signed up with Optimize, your monthly fee will remain the same for 12 months. Like other SaaS providers, we evaluate cost over time but we also recognize the value that fixed consistent pricing brings to our customers.
How do I request support?
We have a few methods for support! Our platform leverages intercom support for both communicating with service, and providing access to the knowledge base and how-to's. You also can email us directly and we'll get back to you within 24 hrs.
Do you provide refund?
If you've signed up, and chosen to cancel within 24 hrs, you can request a refund(less stripe/processing fees) here: Refund Request.
